TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Policy –
For reservations outside of 30 days of arrival a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card and the remainder will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
For reservations within 30 days of arrival FULL payment will be charged to your credit card.
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard payments attract a 1.5% credit card surcharge and for American Express card payments a 3% credit card surcharge applies.
Cancellation Policy –
For cancellations outside of 14 days of arrival, a full refund less a $30.00 administration fee will apply
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival no refund will apply.
Arrival and Departure –
Check In – 1400 hours
Check Out – 1000 Hours
Our office are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700, Saturday 0900 to 1600 and Sunday 0900 to 1500. If arriving outside of these hours, please contact reservations on the day and the will provide information to access our after hours safe.
Security Deposit –
A security deposit is payable on arrival with a pre authorisation of your Visa, Mastercard or American Express Credit Card. Visa and Mastercard Debit Card holders will be required to pay a security deposit by cash.
Two Bedroom Apartments – $250.00 security deposit
Three Bedroom and Sub Penthouse Apartments – $500.00 security deposit
Three and Four Bedroom Apartments – $1000.00 security deposit.
Non Guarantee of requested apartments by “specific” apartment number –
Whilst every consideration is taken into account for requests, due to possble unforseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee specific apartmen numbers.
Peaceful Enjoyment For All Guests –
We have a Zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any guests failing to comply and disrupting other guests Peaceful Enjoyment will be removed from the property imediately, without refund and without apology.
All Guests reserving apartments must be 18 years orover and be accompanied by a responsible Adult over 25.
