Disclaimer – photos on our website are an indication of the different rooms that are available in the room ‘type’ that you have booked, photos may vary from the actual room that you have booked.
Direct Bookings Deposits and Payments
Please note that credit cards are required to be put on file at time of booking to secure you booking.
Peak Season – Peak Christmas and Easter Holidays
50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your booking
Balance of booking is due 30 days prior to arrival date, this will be charged from the credit card that we have on file.
Low Season
All low-season bookings do not require a deposit but please note the full payment of booking will be charged from your credit card on file 14 days prior to arrival date.
Please note that you can make your payment via direct deposit. Contact our reservations team to make these arrangements prior to the due date.

Direct Bookings Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please email bookings@thebeachcabarita.com.au
Any refunds will be processed back to the method that it was paid with.
Peak Season – Peak Christmas and Easter Holidays
All peak season booking can be cancelled 30 days prior to the booking arrival date free of charge.
Within 30 days a $75 cancellation fee will be charged, and the balance of deposit refunded.
Within 14 days there is no refund on bookings.
Low Season
All low season booking can be cancelled 14 days prior to the booking arrival date free of charge.
Within 14 days a $75 cancellation fee will be charged, and balance of deposit refunded.
Within 7 days there is no refund on bookings.
We always recommend you take out travel insurance at time of booking and contact the property should your travel plans change.
Proof of ID is required (ie Drivers Licence, passport, 18+ in the booking name)
We require to site your credit card that was used to make the booking
Security Pre-authorisations
For security purposes pre-authorisations will be charged to your credit card at time of check in.
Two Bedroom Apartments – $250.00 security deposit
Three Bedroom and Sub Penthouse Apartments – $500.00 security deposit
Three and Four Bedroom Penthouses – $1000.00 security deposit.
Third-Party Bookings Cancellations
Third parties are required to follow the cancellation policy set out according to your booking on their site. If you booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly who will explain the options for modification, cancellation or credit voucher applicable to your booking.

Reception Hours – NSW Time
Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays 9:00am to 4:00pm
Late arrivals
For arrivals outside our reception hours, please contact our reservation team the day prior to arrival to arrange your arrival.
Non-Guarantee
Requested apartments by “specific” apartment number are taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed due to possible unforeseen circumstances.
Peaceful Enjoyment For All Guests
We have a Zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any guests failing to comply and disrupting other guests Peaceful Enjoyment will be removed from the property immediately, without refund and without apology.
Please Note
Our property has a No-Party Policy. This includes no Schoolies.
All Guests reserving apartments must be 18 years or over and be accompanied by a responsible Adult over 25.
